After all the good reviews I was hoping this product would work better than the low-cost acidophilus tablets available just about anywhere. Products with bifidus are supposed to be better. This was not my experience after two bottles of trial.

Phillips is better than either Activia or Danactive. Activia gives you gas. In addition Phillips is a capsule, can be carried overseas, does not need refrigeration and costs less.

If you have digestive problems that involve chronic constipation such as IBS-C, then I am afraid that this product will not do the trick. I have been taking this for a week because I ran out of another pro-biotic that worked very well and it was not in stock at the store when I needed it. So, I tried this instead. I'm still waiting for it to work but I will have to wait until I can get what has worked for me before (pearls).
